By applying you are agreeing to a membership period of one year with 12 equal monthly payments of $80 each. You will be contacted at least 30 days prior to renewal at which time you will have the option of extending your membership. Renewal is by mutual consent and the only thing that will prevent renewal is failure to make your monthly payments providing you remain a member in good standing with the National, State and Local Realtors organizations.
